• Pre-Approvals: If you are shopping for a new home, utilize our instant approval process to get qualified before you find a home. If qualified, you will receive our instant pre-approval letter. Provide your letter to a realtor or seller to speed up the buying process and make your offer more acceptable to the seller.
• Check rates: You can look up our daily 15 and 30 year fixed rates or sign up to receive rates by e-mail. You can establish a target rate. If rates drop to your target rate, we will send you an e-mail notification.
